Production of industrial measuring systems for the oil and gas industry in the conditions of the modern enterprise is connected with performance of a wide complex of various works. At the same time along with the main works with such as purchase of raw materials, designing, assembly of system, adjusting, binding, electrification, equipment by additional life support systems, are carried out as well auxiliary works (transportation, warehousing, technical control, provision of energy and materials, etc.).
Technological process production of industrial measuring systems represents set of the technological operations which are carried out in rational sequence which set is defined both technical by device opportunities, and desire and the customer's opportunities.
Production works consist of assembly and construction:
· the blocks of measuring lines (BML) with filters .
Working measuring lines are a part of BIL: reserve and control.
At the request of the customer perhaps bigger number of measuring lines and according to BIL.
Also are a part of BIL: an entrance and output collector and the line for connection of TPU.
On each measuring line are: electrodriving or manual spherical cranes, filter, flowmeter (mass or turbine).
· block of measurement of indicators of quality of oil (BIC).
The main objective of BIC - formation and issue of information on density, humidity, pressure and temperature of the pumped-over oil, and also manual and automatic sampling.
· block of truboporshnevy testing installation (TPU block) or compact of a pruver .
It is intended for checking and control of metrological characteristics of mass flowmeters, for measurement of pressure and temperature of oil on an entrance and an exit of TPU.
· knot of regulation of an expense.
It is intended for regulation of an expense during checking of mass flowmeters or TPR on stationary or mobile TPU.
· junction point of mobile TPU .
It is intended for connection of mobile TPU for the purpose of checking of stationary TPU or mass flowmeters;
· pressure control unit.
It is intended for regulation of pressure upon Systems of measurement of quantity and indicators of quality of oil
· technical providing system of information processing (SIP).
Provides functions of collecting, processing, calculation and display of information on the quantitative and quality indicators of oil measured by primary converters.
